(114) Apollensis F3 First Flush! (12.29.24)
In this video I show you all a pre-harvest shot of the F3 Apollensis. So far, every generation has had a very different and distinct performance, and the first flush is no exception. In the case of the F3, they have completely filled out the tub, yet the caps (despite open air fruiting) have not opened at all, not even a little!
And hereβs another thing that I will cover in an upcoming video. 2 months into fruiting, they have still NOT PRODUCED A SINGLE SCLEROTIUM. With tamps, I would have had a tub FULL of sclerotia at this point, and even with the Mexicana Ranchos, despite not producing much, they still produced!
Morphology-wise, F3 are closer to the F2 versus the F1, which looked most similar to Ps. tampanensis.
I plan at some point to go back to F1 spores and see if I can get some different phenos for these guys. We will see.
Mush Love everyone!
